Professional Day

During the Professional Day, you will be able to experience the different life science professions: doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and researchers.

You will find several workstations that will allow you to measure your aptitude and stimulate your ambitions, through the guidance of professionals, teachers and students of Humanitas University.

The three aspects that make up the vision of Humanitas University come together: research, clinical activities and training. The integration of these three dimensions will guide you through your career path here at Humanitas University.

You will be able to experience how to apply stitches, one of the surgical techniques taught during the degree course in Medicine; or to practise with some manoeuvres at the basis of  Physiotherapy education and training; or to understand how to take a blood sample and experience the field of Nursing. You will also have the opportunity to use microscopes and closely observe how research on brain cells is carried out.

Finally, you can visit our Simulation Center, a fundamental part of the Humanitas University education project. Thanks to our Simulation Center, students and professionals can refine their technical and relational skills in a safe yet highly realistic simulated environment.
