The main area of clinical and scientific interest is oncological thoracic disease: lung cancer, mediastinal tumors and pleural mesothelioma. He is particularly dedicated in the use of mini-invasive robotic surgery for the initial stage of lung cancer, in the study of lymphatic spread of lung cancer and in the application of artificial intelligence in thoracic oncology. He is author and/or co-author of over 30 scientific publications in international journals indexed on Pubmed (H index= 7)
