2010: Winner of “Greek Pioneer” prize for the best poster presentation at the ESTS Meeting in Valladolid (Spain).

2008: Winner of “Istituto Oncologico Veneto (IOV)” prize for the best publication on lung and pleural cancers.

2005-2006: Winner of “Cav. Albano and Antero Maran” prize from Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti for the research on lung cancer.
